HANDLING
* Avoid extremes of temperature.
* Product in cardboard cartons must be stored under cover and away from damp conditions.
* Barrels should be stored under cover if possible.
* If barrels must be stored outside then lay them on their side to prevent water collecting around the
bungs.
SHELF LIFE
* Five years from date of manufacture.
* Date of manufacture can be identified from a five figure code printed on the bottle.
* The first three figures indicate the consecutive day of the year, the last two figures the year.
