REPLACING Castrol TAF-X 75W-90 CAS-1862-7160
APPLICATION:
For vehicles with transaxle transmission scheme. Fully synthetic 75W-90 gear oil enhanced performance compared with a conventional API GL-4 fluid in combination with synchroniser compatibility. It is recommended where VW 501 50 is required and is suitable for transaxles, manual gearboxes, transfer boxes and final drives where an API GL-4 lubricant is specified.

Castrol Syntrans Transaxle 75W-90 is a fully synthetic gear oil SAE 75W-90 API GL-4 + for Transaxle - Gear combined transmission and final drive and with joint lubrication.
Can be used in VW transmissions, which require the specification VW 501.50.

Excellent anti wear / EP and synchroniser performance makes it ideal for use in transaxles. Better protection leads to longer transmission life and performance. Excellent shift quality especially at low temperatures improves driver comfort.
